Whatever your age – or shape your body is in – we’ll have you moving well and feeling great. We offer a variety of movement styles to help you reach your goals whether you want to build your strength, fit into a favourite pair of jeans, achieve a personal best in an event or simply allow your body to be in the best possible condition.
Our trainers are specialised in rehab (after injury or surgery), and prehab (helping you avoid injury or prepare for surgery). Together with any other specialists you may be seeing, they’ll create programs for you built around your specific needs. By matching you with other members going through similar experiences, you can motivate each other as you work together towards your goals.
Whether you’re a member of Movement HQ, or referred by a Brellah specialist, we’ll work closely with your doctor and specialists to create a movement program that suits your individual needs.

Our community of active, energised coaches and members will drive and support you to achieve your very best, and help you move better as you reach milestones you may not have thought possible.
Whilst you may have a more conventional style of training in mind – and we do strength and conditioning really well – you may like to mix things up a bit.
Every week we challenge you and keep you on your toes – and your hands – with Animal Flow, Handstand, Rings and Stallbars and Kettlebell classes.
