Our Bodyweight Strength classes focus on creating a balanced and resilient body as you move your body through different planes of motion, as opposed to lifting fixed weights.

Each session is designed to challenge you progressively, helping you master new movements and improve your technique over time.

By incorporating diverse exercises and skill progressions, we keep the training engaging and effective for everyone with a variety of exercises including planche, levers, dips, chin-ups, pistol squats and Nordic curls.

Whether you're just starting or looking to refine advanced skills, our classes provide the perfect environment to grow stronger, be more mobile, and feel more confident in your abilities.

These exercises also build stability and flexibility whilst mimicking natural movements, which translates to better performance in everyday activities and sports.
