Prime Movers is a class specially designed for older adults seeking to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

This class focusses on building strong, mobile bodies whilst also improving essential skills such as balance, proprioception (awareness of how your body is moving in space), and cognitive function.

As a member in our Prime Movers classes you will take part in an engaging and supportive environment where you can enhance your overall well-being, improve your physical fitness, and stimulate mental sharpness to help promote longevity and vitality as you age.

We work with people of all fitness levels and conditions, ensuring everyone receives personalised attention with modifications to meet unique needs.

Our experienced trainers are adept at tailoring exercises to accommodate various abilities, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants.
