Get ready to sculpt and strengthen your entire midsection with our Abs, Butts, and Core class!

This class focuses on a variety of exercises that work your core powerhouse from every angle. This strength and conditioning workout targets the following key muscles:

1. Abdominal muscles including your rectus abdominus ("six-pack"), obliques (side) and transverse abdominus (deep core) muscles. Stengthening these muscles helps stabilise your spine, improves your posture and enhances overall core strength.

2. Gluteal muscles incorporating your gluteus maximus, medius and minumus, strong glutes are crucial for powerful hip extension, improving athletic performance and reducing the risk of lower back and knee injuries.

3. Lower back muscles including your erector spinae and multifidus which are vital for maintaining an upright posture and supporting your spine when you move. Strengthening these muscles can alleviate lower back pain and prevent injuries.

4. Hip flexors and extensors including the iliopsoas and quadriceps, playing a significant role in hip stability and mobility, essential for activities like walking, running and squatting.

We'll guide you through a mix of dynamic movements, static holds and targeted exercises that are both challenging and fun. Expect a blend of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and free weights to add intensity and variety to your workout.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and our coaches will provide modifications and progressions to ensure you get the most out of each session.
