hiIT TRAINING CLASSES

Our Conditioning classes are designed to efficiently burn body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, boost your metabolism, and help sculpt a more athletic physique.

This metcon style of cardio training takes your fitness to the next level by combining the best of strength and cardio style workouts.

Programmed as a ‘Total Body’ workout this class will be more high intensity than our Strength classes utilising lighter loads, higher rep ranges and back to back exercises or supersets in a circuit type fashion with an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness.

Combining bodyweight with equipment exercises using rowers, aerodyne bikes and rowing machines you'll most likely smash more calories than you would at a bodyweight HIIT or free-style weights cardio class, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. 



The varied, fast-paced exercises keep your body guessing, leading to better overall conditioning and faster results.

This is the type of workout that makes you feel amazing when you finish but find hard to push through by yourself!
