Our stretching classes focus primarily on increasing your flexibility. We do this through assisted stretching, across many different stretching techniques (static, PNF, ballistic, contract relax, dynamic).

Whether you're a complete beginner or a regular gym goer, these classes are ideal to help you to allow your body to improve its range of motion and for your muscles to recover more quickly.

Our expert coaches will guide you through each stretching exercise, sharing not only how to approach it, but what you should be feeling, how to maximise your breath control, and also how to get the most out of this class.

You'll feel the difference as your body starts to move more freely with each session. If you struggle with stretching, you'll notice increased flexibility and ease of movement over time.

By working your entire body from top to toe, you'll experience a newfound sense of freedom in your movements, making everyday activities and your gym training feel more effortless and enjoyable.
