Feeling pain and under strain?
Our allied health specialists may be able to diagnose the underlying cause of your pain and recommend the most effective path to recovery.
Alternatively, you can book directly with our excellent exercise physiologist, osteopath, and also our physio partners at Beach Life Physiotherapy.
Working closely with your Movement HQ trainer (if you wish), together they’ll apply a collaborative approach, combining your treatment with the most appropriate style of training on the gym floor.
With that combined approach to rehab services and training they’ll help you overcome your injury and pain and get you back to action as soon as possible.
Your health insurance provider and/or medicare rebates may minimise out of pocket expenses for these services.
