Sarah is a fitness and nutrition coach, specialising in calisthenics, gymnastics and lifting heavy things.
She started her career in fitness in 2016 and has carved a niche specialising with women’s health and hormones; developing a system for training and eating in sync with the menstrual cycle to optimise results both in and out of the gym.
Her favourite part about being a coach is being blessed to witness and to share in the incredible moments and transformations that happen – the first chin up, first handstand, first time you feel proud looking in the mirror. It’s incredible and the best feeling in the world!
