Calisthenics and bodyweight training offer a versatile and efficient way to build strength, flexibility, and endurance without the need for fixed weights or machines. 

By using your body as resistance, you engage multiple muscle groups as you move your body through space, leading to improved muscle coordination and functional strength.

This form of training enhances overall body control and promotes a balanced, sculpted physique, making it an excellent alternative and complement to traditional weightlifting. 

Mentally, calisthenics challenges you to master your own body, which can boost self-confidence and provide a sense of accomplishment.

This is one of the main reasons our members repeatedly participate in our Handstands, Rings and Stallbars and Animal Flow classes. The varied and dynamic movements keep workouts interesting and prevent monotony.

We also celebrate some massively impressive achievements where our members explore and discover different ways of moving their body that they never thought was possible.

Our coaches will work closely with you and modify the exercises and intensity to suit you whether you're new to bodyweight training, have injuries, or are a more seasoned gym-goer.
