Rings and Stall Bars

Use of the gymnastic rings can produce amazing levels of strength, and the stall bars are an excellent tool for developing strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

In this sixty-minute class, you will work on many different bodyweight exercises to build strength, increase stability and learn some amazing callisthenics and gymnastics based skills.
