Body Weight

Our bodyweight strength classes will have you on the way to building the best version of yourself. In these gymnastics/callisthenics infused classes, you will build overall full-body strength by working on foundational movements. Working towards a visual skill makes training fun and addictive. This lowers the chances of plateau and increases consistency for long term longevity and overall health.

  • Planche
  • Levers
  • Dips
  • Chin Ups
  • Pistol Squat
  • Nordic Curls

*Every exercise is scalable to accommodate the complete beginner to advanced

-Members are required to bring their own towel. No shoes required.
