Animal Flow is a full-body movement system designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and endurance.

It incorporates a variety of bodyweight movements and combinations, categorised into what we call the "Six Components."

These Six Components can be mixed and matched in countless ways, allowing for ultimate flexibility and creativity in practice.

The versatility of Animal Flow means that it can be adapted to suit any fitness level. Beginners can start with the basics, in our "Intro to Animal Flow" class, gradually building strength and confidence, while more advanced practitioners can challenge themselves with complex flows and transitions.

Animal Flow also promotes a strong mind-body connection. By emphasising mindful movement and body awareness, it encourages you to move with intention and precision.
