Animal Flow is a ground-based bodyweight movement system designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and endurance. Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories we refer to as the “Six Components.” These Six Components can be mixed and matched in many different ways, giving us ultimate flexibility and creativity when practising Animal Flow in a fun and challenging way. This is a super fun and even more challenging class. Prepare to sweat.
