Conditioning

Our conditioning classes are designed to efficiently burn body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness and help sculpt a more athletic physique.

Programmed as a ‘Total Body’ workout this class will be a little more high intensity than the strength classes utilising lighter loads, higher rep ranges and back to back exercises or supersets in a circuit type fashion with an emphasis on Cardiovascular.
