Are you looking to keep your kids physically active and off their screens over the school holidays?
Our Summer Holiday Program is running January 2023!
For kids aged 7 to 16 years, this Program aims to improve their physical health, social skills and mental wellbeing.
Working in small groups with others of similar age they’ll make new friends, have a fun distraction from screens, and obtain a big boost to their confidence as they achieve great new things.
This School Holiday Program encourages kids to engage with others through a mix of fitness games, gymnastics skills, as well as strength and conditioning training.
Suitable for all fitness levels and sporting backgrounds, we will teach:
✔️ The importance of being fit and healthy
✔️ How to move efficiently and effectively
✔️ Correct technique for strength training at the gym
✔️ How to use cognitive skills and cross patterning for good movement.
Jess started gymnastics at age 4 and has been inspired by movement and strength since. Following 14 years in her competition leotard, she progressed her love for the sport to coaching.
Since 2018 she’s coached gymnastics for 2yr olds to adults. She does professional development programs with Gymnastics Australia and has coaching accreditation. She’s also competed and coached Sports Aerobics.

I’m in my final year of my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science degree and hope to continue with a Masters of Physiotherapy. I love applying a skill based factor to my exercise and training to keep things fun and interesting!”

This is structured as a 2 week program over 6 x 2-hour sessions – and your kids will progress in their skills and movement patterns through the 6-session program.

We’re pleased to offer a 10% discount for 2 siblings or more.
Fees will not be pro-rated for unattended classes during this program.
