Tully McDonald first encountered Osteopathy after a chronic knee injury playing football as a teenager and was immediately drawn by the broad and holistic approach taken to help treat that condition.
Tully is an experienced Osteopath placing a strong focus on acute sports injuries and a patient-centric approach. He has a special interest in treating neck and lower back pain, shoulder bursitis, meniscus tears and migraines / jaw complaints.
Tully has a double Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University and additional training in myofascial dry needling, functional patterns (exercise rehabilitation) and functional breathing.
Tully adopts a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling, to help his patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
