Lillian’s passion for all things movement-related began when she discovered circus training and aerial silks as a teen. She then fell in love with many dynamic movement practices: rock climbing, acro yoga, contact improvisation dance and Animal Flow.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Lillian brings a calm and supportive energy to her movement classes. She loves to empower others to learn new skills, enjoy the freedom that comes from improving strength, mobility and body awareness, and find that sweet spot between challenge and play.
