Barbell Bash

Barbell Bash is an intermediate to advanced strength and conditioning class.  We will be working on either an Olympic or Power Lift (squats, deadlifts, cleans and snatches) followed by an intense sweaty workout.  This program runs on a 4 to 5 week strength block.

Prior to attending this class we recommend you are proficient in basic movement patterns using a barbell such as front/back squat, deadlift and overhead press. If you’re unsure please speak to one of our coaches.
