Lea is a dedicated coach with over 9 years experience, passionate about empowering individuals to learn, grow, and thrive through physical practice.
Her journey in movement began early, playing representative netball and competing in athletics. However, as she faced physical challenges due to high intensity training schedules, Lea became committed to wanting to move better, not just push harder.
Trained in the Ido Portal Method and holding qualifications from Gymnastics Bodies, Lea’s coaching expertise encompasses strength, skill, and mobility training, all designed to promote long-term health and wellbeing. With a solid foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, weight training, and gymnastics strength training, she offers a diverse and holistic approach to coaching. Lea is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and drawing inspiration from various movement disciplines, ensuring her clients are well-equipped with the tools they need to build confidence, be challenged, and grow as individuals.
Believing in the power of perseverance and the journey to success, Lea emphasizes that there are no quick fixes, only discipline, patience, and dedicated work.
