Cat Kwon

Catherine fell in love with strength training in 2013 and throws herself into anything challenging and fun. She finds that body building and strength training don’t just challenge you physically – but also mentally and spiritually. She loves incorporating a mind, body, spirit approach to training and believes you can absolutely achieve anything you want with the power of your words and by putting your mind to it.

Cat will encourage you to be proud of the current journey you’re on, where you’ll go if you work hard towards that goal, and loves seeing her clients grow into strong individuals from the inside out.

She loves training with heavy weights and moving the body at its fullest capacity. Her favourite styles of movement are squats, hip thrusts, pull-ups and animal flow.
