Full Body and Lower Body Stretch

Our stretch classes focus primarily on increasing your flexibility. We do this through assisted stretching, across many different stretching techniques (Static, PNF, Ballistic, Contract relax, Dynamic).

Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular gym goer, these classes are ideal to help you to allow the body to improve its range of motion and for the muscles to recover quicker.

Make sure to always be mindful of how your body feels with each stretch and avoid comparing yourself to your classmates. When is comes to stretching (and really exercise in general), what is right for one person is not right for someone else. “It is not a one-size-fits-all.”

Our expert coaches will guide you through each stretching exercise, and tell you not only how to approach it, but what you should be feeling, how to maximise your breath control to assist in the stretch and also how to get the most out of this class.
