This gym has changed my life! Joining Movement HQ in December 2020 was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I now have a completely different attitude towards fitness thanks to the very knowledgeable, hands on and dedicated coaches at Movement HQ. Special mention to Mark & Danny who have created such a positive and supportive environment (even during multiple lockdowns), and to my coach Leo who has completely transformed my training. There isn’t a class I haven’t enjoyed or a coach I haven’t loved.
