The staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and offer a dedicated approach to helping you reach your goals, I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I walked through the door from both staff and members. With the intimate classes I know I have the assistance I need at any time, its like you are having one on one sessions with a PT but in a fun group environment.
